Of the 21 ancient Obelisks still standing, Egypt itself can claim fewer than five. There are 13 in Rome, all stolen from Egypt in Roman times.  The rest are spread from Istanbul to New York City.  The Washington Monument is a modern day Obelisk.  The first half of the 19th century saw a remarkable transformation in the cultural meaning of the Obelisk in the United States, from image of power to symbol of death and remembrance.
We purposely take photos in different lighting conditions and with different backgrounds.  All of these pieces are high quality and beauties in person.
